People have been gathering around tables for centuries—to share stories, work together on projects, or enjoy a meal. We often find ourselves connecting with others “at the table.”
After visiting his family’s farm in Rauland, Telemark in Norway, master woodcarver Jim Sannerud felt compelled to create a set of furniture in the tradition of brukskunst—art used in everyday life. The result is a beautifully crafted table and eight unique chairs.
